Some of them did just smear Vaseline on their eyelids! I’ll see if I can find an image of one of the more famous socialites who did this when I get home.

Actually…yes. Some of them did just smear Vaseline on their eyelids! I’ll see if I can find an image of one of the more famous socialites who did this when I get home.
